Do you offer sizing for different countries?

Yes!

For US sizing, do your shopping at https://kidzbedding.com instead.

Currently, we are working with our manufacturer to make UK sizing available. Contact us at support@kidzbedding.com if you ware wanting UK sizing.

What is the difference between a Quilt Cover and a Duvet Cover?

Nothing! A quilt cover or duvet cover are different words for the same thing. There is no difference between them.

Is your bedding printed on both sides?

Yes! All our duvet quilt covers are reversible, as are our pillow cases. We even have some designs with full printing on fitted sheets as well.

What is the thread count of your bedding?

Our bedding has a thread count of 250 unless otherwise stated on the product itself.

A 250 thread count is excellent for children's bedding for several reasons:

Comfort: A thread count of 250 strikes a perfect balance between softness and breathability. It is comfortable enough to ensure a soft touch without compromising on air flow, which is crucial for a restful sleep.

What size bedding should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides.

They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products, as well as in the footer.

How do I know if you have accepted my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How can I track my order?

Enter your tracking number provided to you on your shipping confirmation email or in your account area (if you created an account) to see your orders tracking information. 

Shipping & Tracking

We use all major carriers, and local courier and postal partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order, as well as when it has started and finished manufacturing (if made-to-order).

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world (220+ countries and counting).

Shipping costs will apply, and will be shown at checkout.

How do you ship packages?

All our items are designed here in Brisbane, Australia, but are sent from our global warehouse (or factory if made-to-order). All orders are delivered by your local postal service.

Full tracking is provided on all deliveries, with items also able to be tracked via your local postal service once an item clears local customs.

Phone numbers are required at checkout to ensure safe delivery.

What does it mean if my order status is showing as 'order processing?'

If the status of your order is showing as 'order processing', it means that we're busy getting your order ready to be sent out.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”, what does that mean?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

If your tracking was received more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

What are your shipping times?

Shipping will vary based on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout, but here are the general guidelines:

Standard shipping: 5-10 days from time of dispatch to over 200 countries delivered by your local postal service.

Premium shipping: 2-4 days to US, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, and most of Asia.

Dispatch will take 12-36 hours for In-Stock items, and 3-5 days for any made-to-order items.

Should an order have a mix of in-stock and made-to-order items, your order will be send once all items are completed.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I refund my purchased items if I am not happy?

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and with its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us via our contact page. When your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Once an order is placed, we are able to cancel it within 12 hours usually. After that, your order may be already shipped, or it's manufacturing already started.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.
